Delivery Policy
All items will be dispatched within 7 days (unless otherwise stated in the feature). Most items include free delivery within the UK (unless otherwise stated in the feature). Some postcodes may incur a surcharge, the surcharge amount depends on the product at hand. Please contact our delivery team for more information about shipping to the following postcodes:

  • KW
  • IV
  • AB
  • PA
  • PH
  • DD

Important Guidelines When Receiving Your Order

  • Please make sure that whoever signs for the delivery are made aware that all boxes are double checked on the outside before signing.

  • If any damages are visible on the packaging i.e. rips, tears, holes or scuff marks which can lead to damages within the contents can you please make sure you sign for the delivery as DAMAGED in order to be fully covered for spare parts.

  • If boxes are damaged even slightly please DONT sign as UNCHECKED as this will not cover you for any spare parts or brand new item.
     
  • Please note, unless otherwise stated, as we use a 3rd party courier company and not our own drivers, due to health and safety the driver will only deliver to the ground floor if you live in flats or to your front door if you live in a house.

Cancellation Policy
All buyers may cancel their orders provided the orders have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Full refunds will be made on physical products if the order has not been processed (depending on the method of payment a small transaction fee may be applicable prior to issuing the refund).

Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. Faulty items will be replaced free of charge. Unwanted items may be refunded if the original contents remain within their original packaging and the refund claim has been initiated within the 14 day refund period. Refunds will be issued once the items have been inspected by our delivery team. Customers must arrange their own delivery or contact us to arrange delivery (this will incur a surcharge and will be deducted from the refund amount issued once the items have been inspected).
